I had a quick look at the LP this morning, here are the basic details.
Titled Waterloo Road, issued 1978 on Plastic Fantastic, No 3001. Recorded at Abbey Rd no less.
The line up in this instance was:
Mike Deigham (? - sorry, can't read my own writing!) - V, Uke, Gtr, Bj, Kz.
Max Emmons - V, Uke, Gtr, Cornet, Harmonica, Kz.
Tom Edwards - Bs, Bs Bj, Backing Vocals.
Barry Murfet - Fryco Jug, Conc, Swanee Whistle, Recorders.
