I wouldn't exactly call Sarah Palin "beautiful". On the other hand, she is a reasonably good looking woman who appears to be in good physical health and dresses well, etc. Whether or not you think she's a "hottie" is strictly a matter of personal perception...or what standard you are comparing her to, I suppose.
