Well gnu .... you can do nothing about it .... or you can call (it's currently) Bell Aliant and be a pain in the ass and eventually get somewhere. I do know some people that it worked for.

Seems these days you have to be a 'pain in the ass' to get anything done. But, I'm finding out ... it does work ... has lately with me in dealing with Air Canada, Yahoo, City of Saint John, Government of Ontario, just to name a few.
