The media will never really go for folk music, because if the music's public domain, no money can be made off it through copyright. And if it doesn't make them money, it's okay to ridicule it.

It's revealing that the advertiser preferred to ridicule another channel (although fictional) rather than concentrate on what on what he had to offer. No doubt because he had nothing much to offer!
