Hollywood Style Awards Highlight: Holly Madison Out With Hef's New Girlfriend!

Just days after confirming her split with Playboy guru Hugh Hefner, Holly Madison stepped out at Hollywood Life's 5th Annual Hollywood Style Awards with a new date - one of Hugh's new twin girlfriends!

Holly looked ravishing on the red carpet Sunday night and showed up with one of the busty blonde 19-year-old twins that have reportedly replaced her.

We're not sure if she was with Karissa or Kristina Shannon - like it matters anyway.

The frenemies kept to themselves and we have to say that Holly didn't look particularly thrilled to be hanging out with her replacement and sources say she secretly "can't stand" her.

Publicly, Holly insists that she isn't jealous and, in fact, she introduced Hef to the twins this summer after she directed their Playboy pictorial.

Holly explains, "They're a lot of fun."

"I would never try to personally pick Hef's new girlfriend. I would like him to take his time and actually get to know somebody -- which he never does!"

The girls pleaded no contest in August to felony battery and were ordered to pay restitution after double-teaming a girl at a party and beating the crap out of her.

And what does Holly think of their criminal past?

"I think that they're in a good place right now and hopefully will stay out of trouble."

"They are a little young and definitely like to have a good time. I just hope that they can take this new fame with a level head."

They're 19 and bimbos.

Holly's going to be a hard act to follow.
