When saving mp3 files to CD, are they saved as data (rather than sound) files? I once compiled a load of mp3 files from my iTunes library in to a playlist - thinking I'd get several hours-worth of music on one CD - but it gave the full playing time regardless of sound format - i.e. no more than about an hour.
