Maybe she just didn't lock a drawer that should have been locked or maybe the gun should have been placed out of reach of a two year old. Maybe drugs are not involved, maybe she lives in an expensive Penthouse but just screwed up! Maybe the mother doesn't have a boyfriend! Whatever.
