Manhattan Clam "Chowder" -- I agree with whoever it was in Schooner Fare who said, "Those clams have been injured." It is heresy, rank and unforgivable.

Even here in the Northwest clam chowder is white, made with potatoes and all the other stuff God intended it to be.
