Brilliant efforts above. Well done for the mass weight/inch losses. My best intentions 9 months ago went to ##*!!*!~~! - but hubby and I joined a gym and when I'm not stretching unknown muscles I'm decorating, painting/sanding and stripping (wallpaper!)at my daughters' 'new' house so either way I'm at least doing more than I was... but what's the secret on how to deal with the hunger I now experience after the exertion?? Self discipline - distinctly lacking as the nights draw in. H.
