Yep they are mandated by an actual 2006 law to actively purge voters and declare the vote.

never mind that 24 cases of actual in person voter fraud has been prosecuted in 5 years... and thats with the entire weight and money of the Bush Federal Government behind the push for prosecutions.
Best to purge millions - just in case.
