There's a simple reason for this 'confusion', which is that the belief that people with multiple cultures ought not to mix is racism.

I won't post it yet again; just look for the phrase 'about assimilation' and you'll find it. Although it may not be obvious, I'm trying to help: I genuinely think you'll benefit from engaging with these questions & testing some of your preconceptions to destruction.
