Pistachio...be sure you are drinking enough water and if you are still hungry have some vegetables ready to munch on...a fresh salad, cucumbers in vinegar water with onion slices is my fav. at the moment, a little bit of plain popcorn, think smaller portions of other stuff.
I have a great lasagne recipe from Weight Watchers that only counts for 5 points and fills me up. It's made with a white sauce and winter squash. If I am careful with my extra points, I can have a half a slice for a snack and it's scrumptious. The best thing is to plan ahead and know what you will have available. You will start to look forward to it and begin to crave the good stuff!
