This is a vitally important piece of news, allright. Riveting. The entire staff of the WSSBA is in a ferment over it. Most of us agree that Shatner has a right to be irritated with Takei, but there are a few lonely Takei backers here who keep whining and sniveling and going on and on about Shatner being "arrogant" and "egocentric" and "engaging in delusions of grandeur". What a bunch of losers! We may have to issue a Shatneric Bull (similar to a Papal Bull) and have these malcontents expelled from the campus.

I'm worried that the Shatner/Takei imbroglio may derail the entire American election process by supplanting it in the daily news over the next couple of weeks. That wouldn't be good. People might forget to go out and vote.
