As has been pointed out on another list, much of the money raised was really donated by bands and callers who performed free, or at a discount.
And the organisers who gave a lot of time, free.
The rest came from the expertise of bands like Albireo and callers like Rhodri, who lured us to the Poynton ceilidh and gave us such a good evening (with and extra band to start to evening Tom Kitching and Edwin Beasant).
