Yes, McG... In terms of actaul numbers there are alot nmore poor white people... But in terms or porportion, Blacks people still are disporportionatley pooree than whites... That is where race enters into the ACORN debate...

"Trailer trash" isn't a block of voters that can be pinned down but I would guess that most would vote McCain... But you don't find these folks in urban areas where ACORN does most of it's work... You find more Black folks...

Like I said, there is an under-current of racism in slamming ACORN for what it does...
