That one by Burns -- I forget its name -- about the stingy Scottish farmer who is annoyed because her cows are wasting their muck in the open fields & undertakes to train them to shit only in the byre. The final scene, where she yells "Shite, shite, ye bitch!" so loud that it echoes off the walls of the nearest church, is not easily forgotten.
