"There's no place like home. There's no place like home. There's no place like home!"Well, I tried that - even clicked my heels together a couple of times but despite my efforts, I still had to drive all the way home from Old Songs. Yes, I made it home safely. The little troll in my car kept me safe from harm - even when, at seventy miles an hour, three cars in front of me simultaneously made right-angle turns toward an exit. I still don't know how I escaped unharmed. There was some serious miracle-type-stuff happening there.
Oh, BTW, the trip is not quite over. I'll tell you more in a day or so.
This is my first day back at work so I doubt I'll have time to post any more than this brief note.
I just want to thank all of you who became involved with this trip - either directly or vicariously. We felt your presence at every turn in the road.
Thanks.
