The US government is in the constant business of creating a foreign enemy. Anyone will do, really, but it must be someone who ties in with USA objectives. Right now those objectives are mainly tied to controlling sources of oil. Thus it is necessary to have an "Islamic" enemy, so the Islamic enemy has been deliberately inflated by all means possible into a giant gasbag of illusion, now being used to justify a worldwide war against...."terror"??????

This would be downright funny if it weren't so tragic. You cannot fight a war against terror, because wars themselves cause terror. Guess who has been most effectively terrorized in the current war? The civil population of Iraq, that's who. You don't know terror till you have undergone what Iraqis have undergone and continue to undergo.

This is the BIG LIE in operation. The USA has been pretending to fight a war against terror, but they are themselves the number one practitioners of terror in the world. They have the weaponry to terrorize on a massive basis, and they use it.

"Shock and Awe". Yes indeed, that says it all, doesn't it?

You know what follows "shock and awe"? An unrelenting resolve on the part of the Iraqis to avenge the losses suffered to family, home, and homeland, that's what. The wars will not end till the American occupying forces go home, because they are the unlawful aggressors in this war.

John McCain will never get that. Obama might get it, but he'll never dare to say it openly or admit to it.

Dennis Kucinich says it openly, so guess why he was kept out of the later primary debates?
