o 2. Assigning emergency response personnel and pre-positioning and mobilizing specially trained teams or resources;
o 3.Monitoring, redirecting, or constraining transportation systems; and
o 4.Closing public and government facilities.

Assuming anyone tried this, Election Day might be postponed but not eliminated. I don't see this happening but I didn't see September 11th either.
