"Bush's October surprise: Laura is pregnant."

For months now, the supermarket tabloids have been rife with rumors about Laura dumping ol' George. I only see the headlines while waiting to check out, never buy them, and only very rarely page through one to actually read what's inside, so I have no details to pass along. The front page headlines usually "hint" at affairs, drugs, drunkenness, etc. ~ the usual celebrity crap.

In that context, my first reaction to the above was to ask:
