Another pound lost, another run for the bus this morning and another 30 mins power walk to come in less than an hour...
I'm just stunned that I had the energy at 6.00am to run for the bus, and had got my breath back before I reached the station!
Obviously the 11lbs I've lost has gone from crucial places.
