I'm surprised no one has posted a link to the article in the LA Times at the centre of this. Here is such a link - it only took a few seconds to find it

Referring to the bits that have been quoted about how Palestinians feel anger at things Israel has done, with the backing of the USA, it goes on to say how "...Obama adopted a different tone in his comments and called for finding common ground."

But I don't imagine that the clips which would come up on YouTube, if the LA Times were to break its word and release the tape wwould show that part.
