HATE this part of getting back into form, but I do know it's worth it and that it will be fun much sooner than it feels like. Hardi was a dreamboat to take me and work out in the weight room/use treadmill till I was done, and fed me, too.
One of my favorite things over the summer was both of us working out at the same time-- he'd drop me at the pool and then go ride the bike on the trails. We'd end at the same time, and go have a snack. It's a better rhythm for me, even if we have two totally different disciplines. We meet up and share results, talk strategy, etc.-- kind of a Pat and Mike thing.
Tomorrow, more outdoor stuff, probably no pool till Sunday evening.
