My hair has never been healthier or looked better than it does now... since I STOPPED USING SHAMPOO.

I use Suave brand Coconut based conditioner only to clean my hair.

My hair has always tended to by oily, so I would shampoo it every morning. It would go from being rather dry early in the day to stringy oily by the end of the day.

Now, I saturate/scrub my hair in the shower with the coconut oil conditioner, rinse it out at the end of the shower, and it looks great all day. It doesn't get as oily or unmanageable as it used to when I used shampoo and conditioner.

Try just the conditioner to clean with. You'll be surprised how well it works.
