I got to meet Studs 20 years ago when I was touring with Utah Phillips. We were in Chicago for the Haymarket Centennial and we stopped by to tape a show with the Stud Turtle. We had to wait until he came back from lunch at the Billy Goat Tavern. Quite a guy and a great interviewer.
