There's a beautiful tune Written by Greig as part of the Peer Gynt Suite known as Ingrid's Lament. It's in a Minor key in 3/4 and has the same sort of power as (say) The Godfather Theme. I am not aware that any lyrics exist, but it would be a good vehicle to write some. If you have a strong lead instrument it would make a damn fine instrumental.
