I've replied to Jim's points on the other thread but just to reply to the above -
- I arrived quite a while before ten, and I certainly wouldn't expect preferential treatment if I was known or otherwise. And several of those present did get more time than I did after my arrival.
- Jim, you are probably right that there are better ways to get a result than being rude, but to be honest by the time we left I wasn't bothered about a result - I was well p*****d off, as I bet you would have been in similar circumstances.
- I ran my first session over thirty years ago. That doesn't necessarily qualify me to run a session, but I do try to include everyone, and to be fair. And I'll stand by my earlier point that I don't believe the session was run fairly.
- As for melodeon, I also attempt to do a fair job on guitar, voice, harmonica, mandolin, etc, but I didn't get much chance to share that with you - and it is about sharing.
