The landlord of the building "Greenwich Council" still holds the PEL over from when it was a pub in fact they still hold a liquor licence as well. That information was given to me at a meeting I attended at the town hall earlier in the year, which was also attended by about 4 coucillors and representatives from their legal department. This was when we were trying to secure the future of folkmob in the building.
