To Danny Coats

My Grandmother was Doris Mable Coats Williams who was your Grandfather's, Uncle J.B. to me, sister. Who was your Mother or Father? My father was Milton Lee Williams.   I have vague memories of Edsel. I was young and remember going with my Grandparents to Uncle J.B.'s big house on Sundays after church. Then we would go to "Sings" as my Grandfather would call them all over the country side around Soso, Gitano. The "Sings" would always be at a little country church and the ladies of the church would have "Dinner on the Ground". My Grandmother would have prepared lots of wonderful dishes and we would have lunch and listen to the quartets. Wonderful childhood memories.
