I have a coworker who has Comcast. She had been having problems with e-mail. Comcast told her they were switching to a new program and the glitches were in the transition. Hers is now working again. Comcast actually called her when they were complete to let her know and to see if her problems had disappeared. I suggesst you contact your local Comcast rep to find out the status in your area.
