If people like Rufus get behind making it so, it cannot fail to happen. While I agree with his fatigued state of shock fromt he constant manipulation of the Bush years, he, and you, and I, have to consent to put energy into the country as we want it to become. The battle for honesty and compassion is not over; I would say it has just been drawn.
