Listen, Emma...

Well, three things...

First of all, Obama, if he has a sense of humor, hides it real well... That is not a knock on him... Its nice to have a thoughtfulll and serious president for a change...

Secondly, I am not Barack Obama and I do have a sense of humor...

Third and last, I doubt if this thread will last another 4 years or even 4 days for that matter... Hey, it ain't like the election was 6 months ago, gol danged it... It was like a week ago... I don't think it is unreasonable to have a little fun with it, oh, for the next week or so before it wears off on us... I mean, let's get real... It lasted 18 months so I don't think we can just get up last Wednesday morning and flush it from our thinkerators... It doesn't work like that... There is a little post-mortum stuff to deal with, too, and yesterday Sarah Palin was on just about every TV show there is so as long as she is saying yes to the media then she is fair game for a little good natured funnin'...

And this thread, BTW, isn't meant to be mean... It is meant to get people to think...
