My side-by-side freezer door was stuck last night. I pulled hard to open it and found a frozen puddle in the bottom of the freezer, and upon examination, found the source of the leak. I'll empty the freezer, move the fridge from the wall to take a good look, and probably turn off the water if I can't mend the problem myself. Good thing the big freezer is here to move stuff into. And while I'm at it, it is time to de-clutter the freezers. The stuff that is now freeze dried to a point of inedible cardboard will to thaw in the compost.
The research on possible eBay items can be rather depressing. How many things do we hold onto, thinking they're rare, unique, and valuable, and they sell for $9.99 on eBay? What that market will bear (or is even interested in) can be an eye-opener!
