I agree, labelling is not the same a censorship. Labelling can cut 2 ways. Go back to Joe's original observation about the @bawdy search in the songs. Forget the idea of a long disclaimer. Have some terms like bawdy, violent, racist, etc. in the first line. Then those who want to avoid them can and those looking for them can find them.
