Go to the home page and you will see the artists. Some of the finest in the world are done by Grit Laskin. Jed and I have had the privilege of visiting Grit's "Studio", seeing the process, and playing his beautiful guitars. The only thing more beautiful than the artwork of his, is the sound and playability of his instruments. I asked him about that, and he said that Jean Larrivee first taught him how to build a great guitar, then he learned the inlays. THERE IS A BOOK DEVOTED TO HIS WORK titled "A Guitarmakers's Canvas - The Inlay Art of Grit Laskin. He is a helluva musician, a wonderful singer, a great luthier and inlay artist, and a very nice man. I am honored to know him. I will have one of his guitars one day.

All the best,

Mick
