OK, so here's the story. Barry Finn lost his cookie, and I'm really frustrated about it because I can't seem to be able to help him. I talked him through logout and cookie reset/login, and clearing the cache and history in his browser. Those are my standard solutions (I'll post them permanently in this thread), but they aren't working. Can anybody suggest anything else to try? I'm thinking of having some computer geek make a house call to Barry in New Hampshire.
So, anyhow, I'm totally frustrated and bummed out and losing my self-esteem. Can anybody help?
