A couple from Michigan decided when they retired they wanted to get away from those terrible Michigan winters.

They went to Texas, and were looking at real estate. The husband asked the real estate salesman, "Are you sure it doesn't snow here?"

The salesman replied, "Absolutely!"

"Are you SURE?"

"Sure. Here--see that kid over there?

"Hey kid, have you ever seen snow?"

"No, I never seen snow.   But I seen it RAIN once!"
