You could twist that concept around a bit and say "only 100 people in history have been good singers". That is, of course, absurd, since there are over 100 people who will be doing shows tonight and Saturday who can sing. Many of them are Bluegrass, Folk and Country artists. Nobody is saying that Dylan is/was not a singer, just perhaps not over-rated.

The Bob should slip below the Top 100, but so should at least half of the people on Rolling Stone's list.
