The doctor hasn't said anything about medication so I guess, at this stage, it's manageable with diet and exercise.

I have a good friend in the UK who was diagnosed a couple of years back and is managing it with diet and exercise. He looks fitter and healthier than he has in years and the diabetes is well under control.

I'm going to be checking out the diabetes website for information and then looking very carefully at our diet.
