WesleyS just got off diabetic meds by losing weight; he mentioned it in another thread. My Rog was just diagnosed a month or two ago. They told him he can absolutely control it with diet and exercise and so far he seems to be doing pretty well. My niece has been Type 1 since she was 5 or 6 years old and has done incredibly well. You can do this, Kendall. You ARE going to feel better, getting it under control. In the meantime...{{{{{{{BIG HUGS}}}}} and lotsaLOVE!
