Kendall,

Plant a garden. Make sure you put a good mix of plants in, greens like chard or spinach, squash, carrots, some potatoes are okay, eggplant (I had a bumper crop this year), tomatoes, broccoli. Etc.

When you go to the work to plant the garden, you'll find it entertaining. And get some exercise working on it. And as plants grow, you'll find they look interesting, even tasty. Eat them.

For me, the main food groups consist of: Potatoes, bread, corn on the cob and chocolate bars.

Not any more. And if you grow more of your own food, you'll see why having (for example) a pizza with a topping of sliced green peppers, onions, and maybe a meat added to it is such a treat. You're eating the food from your garden, and you're doing yourself a favor at the same time.

Take care, you're a great voice here at Mudcat and the CDs of yours that I have are a great pleasure to listen to. Now get yourself connected to the world you're living in, and you'll do your health a favor.

Bon Appetite!
