What ever happened to the ancient principle of only being tried once for a crime??

OJ was found, clearly, not guilty at his first trial.

Then he was re-tried in a "civil action" and stripped of his money.

The third time, on a very minor charge which should have resulted in "community service", he was sentenced.. ...as if for murder!

What a load! This isn't justice, it's an unpopularity contest.
