You dredged up quite an old thread. I've been looking for it as well, but I guess it's just too old. The only way to get it these days is to borrow it from the library via ILL (Inter-Library Loan). The ISBN is 0825694205. Ask the librarian if there's a way you can request it from a specific library if you can are really desperate for the 104 page version, but better be quick about it. I see only 2 copies of it left in any libraries across the entire country, but my library didn't give me the option of requesting from a specific location. :(
