Thread Name: Videos of Musically Creative Children
Subject: Videos of Musically Creative Children
Surfing YouTube, I've come across some videos of musically creative children. By "musical creativity", I mean singing, playing instruments, and dancing to music.

I looked for a Mudcat thread on this topic, but didn't find one. If there is such a thread, please post a link to it. I'm going to post links in this thread to some of the videos I've found. And I hope that others share any such videos that they have found.

I'm also been looking for videos of children playing singing games, doing handclap rhymes, non-competitive Double Dutch, and other playground games. But these are difficult to find. If anyone happens upon any of these videos, please add them to this thread. Since singing and performing playground rhymes are a foundation for musical creativity & dance choreography, I don't consider these kind of videos to be off-topic.

Given the large number of videos that are posted to public video sharing sites such as YouTube, good videos on any subject are hard to find. However, I think that it's particularly difficult for people searching for good children's videos on such sites because of some videos have titles that appear to be appropriate for children but aren't, and even videos whose content is appropriate often have comments that are offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

And yes, I know that I should post some videos on YouTube of children I've met and worked with. That's one of my goals for the upcoming year.

Full disclosure: I'm interested in identifying videos for possible addition to my Myspace page http://www.myspace.com/cocojams and also possible posting on my website www.cocojams.com.

Thanks, in advance, for your participation in this thread!
