You may already know about this, but a few years ago I heard a program on the radio about a music teacher who recorded his classes somewhere in Britain singing pop songs of the time, which was around the 1970s. At the time, it was a little unusual for music classes to be singing those kinds of songs. He had a record made to give to the pupils and much later it was turned into a CD and became kind of a hit. I don't remember whether it had at the time; I don't think so. They played a song or two and they were very charming. Not slick, just a piano and kids singing. The one I remember was a girl singing solo, but I suppose there were some with a chorus.

That's all I know about it; perhaps someone here has heard of it.
