Dear Malcolm, I feel I have known you a long time- we've exchanged letters, greetings passed on by others, I've had your helpful posts at Mudcat- but I guess we have never met in person. Anyway, I hold you one of my friends, and hope we shall meet one day (this side of Heaven!- isn't there an oldtime song that begins, If we never meet again this side of Heaven...?) But- this is to let you know that George and I are thinking of you, and wishing you soon return of your strength, goodfeeling, stamina, joy of life.
