At the beginning of October I was across in Ireland and there were more young women concertina players than I could shake a stick at. And all playing expensive Jeffries as far as I could see. I tried my "Is that a Jeffries or are you pleased to see me" approach but it fell on stony ground. Not sure why - I may have to re-visit that one.

And I would have taken up the concertina had I been twenty years younger.

Oh! alright then - 40 years younger.
