Although there are definite similarities in the story it isn't generally recognised that they are the same song. Your example is believed to have originated in Wales - "Ffa Lla Lla Lla Lla Lla Lla Lla Lla boyo" which of course gives it a subtle difference in meaning. (nudge, nudge, wink, wink)
