Shouldn't it be "Isaiah was foretold it ... " not "Isaiah 'twas foretold it ... "?

I've seen that verse posted online with "'twas" (though I've also seen it in print with just "was").
But "'twas" would be gramatically redundant: "Isaiah it was foretold it ... "

Different meanings:
"Isaiah was foretold it" = It was foretold to Isaiah
"Isaiah 'twas foretold it" = It was foretold by Isaiah.
