my one month old grandson has a good supply of
diaper covers..that just snap or velcro over
diapers...no need for pins, and they also are
waterproof. also there are liners that can be
placed in diapers to make changing the poopie
ones so much easier...

also if this is an infant, you might want to
check into diaper services...to help with
laundry. clean ones deliver to your door!
